You do not need a Paypal account to check out (all major credit cards are accepted). If your credit card does not work, please contact us. We do have other payment options.
3Do you charge automatically for the renewal?
No, the payment only processes once and it doesn't auto-charge or renews. To renew the membership, you have to re-purchase another year.
4How can I get support for the purchased product?
Please visit our contact page to get support. Our dedicated technical support team will get back to you in few minutes to 24 hours of time (workdays). We provide support on weekends as well for premium users only.
5I just joined, can I refund or upgrade?
Yes, We offer all customers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you straight away, no questions asked. And, you may exchange the themes within 15 days of the purchase. To exchange the themes: simply send us a mail (include your order ID and theme change).
